Management Services

A Property Manager is a trained professional whose purpose is to preserve or increase the value of the property. We strive to maximize profits and retail consistent with the owner's goals and objectives. Property Management services can be combined in any combination required by the Property Owner. Fees are negotiated based on the services provided.

All of our Property Managers work with owners to minimize expenses and maximize property value and cash flow.


Building Inspections

JHL Commercial Properties Maintenance and Property Management staff regularly inspect the building or facility, and implement established preventative maintenance plans.

We keep you up to date. Each month, every property owner receives a detailed monthly reports which contain current market trends, financial summaries and updates on all ongoing maintenance issues.


Tenant Management

Leave the details to our professional team. We track lease expirations, renewals, increases, and all lease related activities.  Well before a lease expires, tenant retention strategies are in place. Our staff has the training and experience to negotiate with tenants and provide appropriate leases to maintain occupancy rates.  We treat your investment with care. We act as the local contact for tenants and other agencies, insuring all contact with tenants is handled in a timely, professional manner.  Should the need arise, JHL will be on hand to serve all legal notices and address tenant compliant issues.
