Lynn heads the Property Management Division of JHL.  He has numerous years of commercial building and engineering experience in all types of buildings, shopping centers and industrial parks.

Lynn is a licensed real estate professional and professional engineer.  He holds an MBA in Finance and Bachelor's Degree in Business and Engineering.  He has also earned his Certified Property Manager® (CPM®) Designation from The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

Lynn's expertise is commercial property management where he utilizes his extensive background in office leasing, office space construction, warehousing, distribution and manufacturing.  This unique combination of skills gives him a great background to manage your properties.

 

Scott Hill - Owner / Vice President

Scott is a Real Estate Licensee who goes above and beyond to make sure things are running smoothly at all properties.  He acts as the liaison between owners, tenants, and vendors.  Scott understands the power of relationships and has cultivated a network of key relationships both within and outside of JHL.  He provides the highest degree of professionalism, insight and expertise and has earned a reputation for his clear, systematic, and thorough approach to business in the community.  Since 1991, he has graduated from Oregon State University, with a B.S. degree, and has accumulated a great deal of experience in Sales, Customer Service and Management, which he has brought to JHL.

 

 

 

 

Jennifer Roberts - Property Manager

Jennifer Roberts is a licensed Real Estate Agent and comes to JHL with over 12 years experience in real estate and property management.

 

Janie Bard - Accounting Manager

Janie Bard - Accounting ManagerJanie is in charge of all the accounting for our owners and properties.  This includes, but not limited to, bank account management, bill paying, reconciliations, plus many more.  She maintains and runs all reports for JHL.  Janie’s experience includes working in the management field since 1993, and handling accounting aspects for a majority of that time.

 

Lynne Bland - Administrator

Lynne handles all the day-to-day office procedures and assists with property management operations and accounting in the office.  She interfaces with all tenants, owners, clients, and vendors.
